Centro Cultural Mexiquense Anáhuac

My university tasked me and a couple of others designers to develop its Cultural Center branding and marketing strategy.

Logo

I played around with many logo concepts, but the CCMA is a very unique building, and I felt these proposals weren´t doing it justice. What was the challenge? To represent a cold and static building on the outside, that has a lot of dynamism and movement going on the inside.

The process

Although this project was collaborative when it comes to the design applications (shown below) I was the one in charge of the logotype.

Logo animation

This animation was mostly done by me, but I did get significant help from a multimedia professor, since it was the first time I played around with After Effects.

The marketing campaign

We proposed a marketing campaign that was based on the use of multiple banners that would be placed all around Mexico City. These will be similar but not the same, and to show how this will work, we made a little animation.
