Understanding a creative brief is one of the most important tasks a designer encounters in their process. In this project, I had to submerge myself in an industry I knew nothing about: clothing.
OTTO: a minimalistic, elegant clothing-brand
The client wanted the logo to refer to the naming of the brand, and that is the octopus. It expresses flexibility and elegance.
They also wanted the logo to be dynamic, have a lot of variations, and be clear enough to be used as embroidery on the clothing.
